Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • If booked online – this is automatic.
  • If booked face to face – payment will be taken in clinc.
  • If booked via text – you will be sent a payment request this needs to be paid within 24hrs or appointment will be released.

This amount will be deducted from your total bill at the time of your appointment.

You will receive a text reminder 48hrs prior to your appointment. This is your opportunity to cancel or move your appointment. You have 12hrs to do so. You can do this via booking or reminder email using the link to cancel or amend OR you can text/WhatsApp 07540 851972. Please do not email, call or leave voice notes – these will not be accepted.

Cancellation under 24hrs notice or failure to attend will require full payment of your treatment cost. Your stored card will be charged remaining 50%.
If for any reason a deposit was not taken, you will be sent a payment request and this must be settled prior to booking any further treatments.
If your treatment was part of a course, this will be deducted from the course.

We completely understand that there are circumstances out of your control that may arise at the last minute. We kindly ask for your understanding that as a small business, especially in current climate loss of planned earrings can be disastrous.

Deposits are non-refundable.

LATENESS

Please arrive at your appointment time or just before. If you are more than 15 minutes late your treatment may not be able to go ahead and if this is the case the cancellation policy applies.

Please be aware that occasionally a Client may require a little more time in the clinic room. We endeavour to run to time but sometimes it can be out of our control. Please be patient – it could be you. If we are aware of any delays we will do our best to contact you before you arrive. If however we are running more than 15 minutes late and that makes it impossible for your appointment to go ahead, we will offer you an alternative appointment.

DISCOUNTS AND CREDIT

Without exception – We do not offer discounts, please do not ask. Our prices are based on our expertise, knowledge, experience and professionalism.
You are required to settle your outstanding bill on completion of your treatment. Products taken must be paid for in full.

CONSENT FORMS

You will receive your forms via email at least 48hrs before your appointment. In some cases at time of booking. Please ensure these are completed and signed at least 24hrs before you attend the clinic.
You will, in most cases receive forms for every appointment and these must be completed each time to ensure that any changes to medical history are picked up

PREGNANCY

We understand you may not wish to share early pregnancy but it is essential that you let us know for safety reason. Rest assured that all personal information is strictly private and confidential.

CHILDREN AND PETS

To maintain a professional and relaxing environment we do not allow children under 13 years into the clinic, reception or treatment rooms. We politely request that you do not leave children of any age in our unmanned reception area. For hygiene reasons we do not allow dogs in the clinic, except under special circumstance.
