If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment it may be necessary to reschedule, and you will be charged a cancellation fee as above.

Skin Treatment Policy
SCK is committed to your skin journey, however results require commitment from you. Diet, hydration, lifestyle advise along with recommend home-care is essential. Programme outcomes assume you follow these recommendations. SCK will provide appropriate pre and post treatment advice which can be found on our website also (GUIDANCE), ensure you follow the recommended guidelines carefully.
You must notify SCK if you have any known allergies prior to commencement of treatment. Generally a suitable number of treatments are required to see skin improvement bare this in mind when booking and considering outcomes. You must advise SCK if you are pregnant before treatment is performed (this will always be treated in confidence).
Unless cancellations are notified in writing (email, WhatsApp or text message) at least 36 hours prior to a scheduled appointment, any deposit paid will be forfeited. Where deposits have not been taken there will be a cancellation fee added to your account; 30% of the value of your treatment bookings. You will be required to settle this prior to rebooking.
Permanent Cosmetics Policy
SKIN By Carly Kent (SCK) is committed to obtaining your desired eyebrow cometic tattoo results in the two sessions included in your treatment plan, very occasionally this is not possible and a third treatment may be required. This may be a chargeable appointment.
Top-up appointments must be attended 6-8 weeks after your initial treatment, however, if for any reason you fail to have your top up within 4 months of initial treatment, it will be forfeited and then become chargeable at relevant colour boost price.
If you request significant shape changes at your top-up appointment an additional treatment will be required to complete these changes and this is chargeable at relevant colour boost price.
Cosmetic Tattoo is not suitable in pregnancy or if breastfeeding.

Where deposits have not been taken there will be a cancellation fee added to your account; £75 for new Eyebrow cosmetic tattoo appointments and £40 for colour boost appointments. You will be required to settle this prior to rebooking.
